Solve? How?
'I want educators and educators-to-be, to be aware of cultural differences that exist in classrooms, embrace the differences and work with them! Every child in the Netherlands deserves to be a part of the Dutch education system!'
In order to fix the seperation and obtain inclusiveness you need to get to know your class. Who are you teaching? Who are these childeren?
A fun way to get to know who you are teaching, is to get to know them (better)! But keep it playful!
You can play this game in the first week of the new school year. It is a very fun activity. Everyone will feel included. The goal is to actually get to know the kids better. You will also have a better relationship with your students. This will eventually help you later on. The kids will also get to know each other better. The ambiance in the class will be much more fun. I mean everything is more fun when it is not about maths or gramar.
Ball game is allways a fun activity between the boring but learnful lessons!
The ball game can be very versatile. You can do the name game. Where everyone says their name and the name that has been said before.

But it can also be used complete randomnly!
